Terms of Service

Right to Refuse Service
In order to maintain a high standard of our brand and services, we may close, suspend or limit your access to your Account and/or deny your credentialing:


a. for refusal to sign Licensing Agreement;


b. if we determine that you have breached, or are acting in breach of, said Licensing Agreement; 


c. we determine any content, materials or information shared or transmitted by you is in any way deemed 
harmful, inappropriate or objectionable or non-compliant with the terms and conditions of the Licensing Agreement;


d. if we determine that you have engaged, or are engaging, in fraudulent, in-ethical, or illegal


e. to manage any risk of loss to us, a Service Provider, or any other person; or


f. for other similar reasons. If we close your Account due to any of these reasons, you may also become liable for certain damages.


Without limiting our other remedies, to the extent you have made a breached, you must pay us all fees owed to us and reimburse us for all losses and costs and reasonable expenses 
(including legal fees) related to investigating such breach and collecting such fees.

Refund Policy

Due to the extreme proprietary nature of our content, we maintain a No Refund policy once you have

activated your account.

We provide the free tests to determine your communication and intimacy types, related information

and testimonials to provide you with an overview of our products before you make a purchase

decision. We hope that you will use this information to ensure our product meets your needs before

purchasing a course/program. We are available to answer any questions you may have prior to



If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared and you have signed our

licensing agreement your access to use the product will be activated. Once the product is activated,

no refunds will be given. This policy exists since it would be impossible for you to “return” information

to which you have been granted access.
