INSTRUCTION
All courses are taught by our team of clinicians and certified coaches. The program includes 16 courses, totaling 60 hours of intensive instruction, lecture, discussion, interactive exercises, listening and goal setting techniques, role playing, and homework assignments.
Using the XY ConneXion Coaching method, coaches will implement these tools to determine how to interpret a client's assessment result.
SCIENCE
Coaches will follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. The course includes: mastering the XY ConneXion Coaching needs-based model (understanding high and low interaction needs), implementing the "XY Core Dimensions" (XY communication, XY intimacy, connectivity, and social/relational connexions), applying XY ConneXion's Scientific Methodology (neuroscience, genetics, neuro-hormones and cognitive behavior) to their coaching.
Internship and GRADUATION
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will have earned the XY ConneXion®️ Certified Coaching certification. Our patent-pending "Needs-Based" model provides coaches with a relationship niche that allows them to assist clients in all personal growth areas. Our graduates will coach individuals and couples, on topics such as romantic relationships, family, parenting, business, education, health and more.
After graduation, coaches continue to be mentored by Dr. Jacob and his team, so that they feel a sense of confidence when coaching their first clients.
